Over 13,00 youth and 4,000 adults are active in the W. D. Boyce Council, which covers a majority of Central Illinois, from Lincoln to Ottawa, and Peoria to Bloomington. The Council is divided into 4 districts—Crossroads, Heartland, Lowenau, and Wotomalo—and includes 14 counties.
The W.D. Boyce Council also operates Ingersoll Scout Reservation located west of Peoria, Illinois as well as Cache Lake Scout Camp in Ontario, Canada.
